Business Development Executive
We’re working with a fast-growing advertising business in Macclesfield that’s looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s already got around six months to a year of experience and is ready to step into a role where effort, attitude, and results are properly rewarded.

The Role
You’ll be speaking to businesses daily, generating new opportunities and building your own client base from the ground up. The focus is on outbound sales, opening doors, and turning conversations into long-term advertising partnerships. You’ll manage your own pipeline, work towards clear targets, and collaborate with the wider team to convert opportunities into revenue.
This is a proper sales role where consistency, energy, and resilience directly translate into commission.
The Candidate
They’re looking for someone with around 6 to 12+ months of telesales or B2B sales experience who’s confident picking up the phone and not afraid of rejection. You’ll need to be naturally competitive, ambitious, and driven by earning potential. Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and the hunger to progress quickly in sales are essential.
